  1. You need 1.5 c of Apricot Nectar.
  2. Prepare 1/3 c of dried Apricots, chopped.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of Honey.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of grated fresh Ginger.
  6. You need 2 of Garlic Cloves, minced.
  7. It's Pinch of Cayenne Pepper.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of ground Cinnamon.
  9. You need 1 lb of Salmon Filet, skin removed.

Sweet and Hot Glazed Salmon instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together the apricot nectar, dried apricots, honey, soy, ginger, garlic and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low & simmer for about 20 minutes, or until reduced by half. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Remove 1/4 cup of the glaze for basting, set aside remaining.
  3. Place the salmon filet on a greased broiling pan, and brush with glaze. Broil 3in from the heat for 4-6 minutes, turn and cook an additional 4-6 minutes. Baste frequently during the last 4 minutes, serve with remaining glaze..
